You'll be handling a variety of tasks-ranging from minor repairs to light carpentry and finish work-supporting our goal to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. We're happy to train you on our methods as long as you bring a strong foundation in the trades and a can-do attitude.

Learn more at . Key Responsibilities - Perform general handyman and repair work at residential remodel job sites
- Assist in tasks such as light framing, painting, trim installation, cabinet work, and minor plumbing or electrical fixes
- Respond to jobsite needs quickly and efficiently to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and job sites
- Interact with clients professionally and represent the company positively
- Support carpenters, supervisors, and subs with daily tasks as needed
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times
Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in a handyman or general construction role
- Proficiency in common residential repair tasks and light finish work
- Ability to use a variety of tools (provided or your own)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
- Valid driver's license required
