Hi there,

I'm looking for a talented VA who is a self starter and self motivated.

This VA would be responsible for reaching out to leads, researching leads and sending emails.

You would also be responsible for including prospect information in Hubspot including notes, activity and tracking what you do and their replies, along with a follow up system.

Everything you need for the job is taught through a training, but experience with Hubspot is required.

Basis of the business is keynote speaking and training. Pay is hourly rate with opportunity for bonuses.

Looking for a VA who wants to grow with the company.

Must be proficient in English, willing to work 20 hours a week and eager for the job.

Keynote speaking for corporations, associations and organizations at conferences, meetings and events

Responsibilities:

* Sent emails

* Lead generation including research events and find quality leads

* Manage emails

* Manage and organize CRM (Hubspot)

* Track leads with follow up

* Lead generation through a software tool

Skills and Experience needed:

* Must be proficient in English

* Experience with Hubspot (notes, activities and creating tasks)

* Know how to send and manage emails

* Self starter

* Quick learner

* Excellent communication

* Willing to take direction

20 hours a week

$4/hr with bonuses

You can work any hours, but emails must be sent between 9 am -2 pm Central time.

You can work from anywhere, because it's remote work.
