Talent Acquisition Business Partner
_Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional eager to take on your next challenge? We're looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead our recruitment initiatives in Germany and potentially across other Northern Europe countries. This role is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful impact while contributing to the growth of one of our key European markets._

_"I am seeking a highly experienced individual to be my close sparring partner in one of our key growth markets in Europe. You will lead Talent Acquisition in Germany and potentially other Northern European regions, working closely with myself, our business teams, and the wider International TA group. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, cultivating strong relationships and aligning recruitment strategies with our organizational growth goals.
+ Execute flawless recruitment solutions against each vacancy at speed.
+ End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: From initial role briefing to onboarding, you will oversee all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring excellence and delivering exceptional value at every step.
+ Deliver market best headhunting capability to unearth and engage top talent.
**Strong recruiter with a change-oriented mindset**
We're searching for a dedicated and change-oriented Talent Acquisition Business Partner with the ability to thrive independently while collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders.
Key qualifications include:
+ Extensive experience managing recruitment across entry-level to senior roles within Germany.
+ Strong strategic thinking coupled with hands-on recruitment expertise.
+ Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously.
+ Fluency in both German and English.
Additional experience recruiting across the Nordic region is an advantage - as well as a background in insurance, brokerage, or consultancy sectors.
