Job Description

Aimpoint Digital is a premier analytics consulting firm with a mission to drive business value for clients through expertise in analytics, decision science, data engineering, and infrastructure. This position is within our Data Analytics practice which focuses on analytics platform strategy, data visualization, AI for BI, process automation, and data app development.

The ideal candidate has proven analytics capabilities, extensive Sigma experience, and a strong background in data apps scoping, design, and development.

What You Will Do

As a Sigma-focused Analytics Architect, you will:

  • Serve as the analytics architect on transformative analytics consulting projects, overseeing end-to-end delivery while partnering closely with client stakeholders—from data owners and analytics users to C-level executives
  • Lead consulting teams (typically 2–5 people) through complex delivery work, including Sigma data apps development, analytics process automation, and data platform modernization
  • Leverage your Sigma expertise to lead the development of minimum viable products, building production data apps, and/or implementation of large-scale strategic modernization initiatives to help clients optimize value from their analytics platform investments
  • Drive successful enterprise migrations from legacy platforms to Sigma
  • Shape and manage Sigma training programs
  • Support sales efforts to scope Sigma projects (with a key focus on data apps)
  • Translate business objectives into delivery plans, and ensure technical solutions are aligned with client needs and scalable for long-term success
  • Identify opportunities for expanded value creation, influence scope evolution, and contribute to strategic account growth
  • Manage client relationships, identify and influence new business opportunities, and drive internal initiatives to improve the team
  • Become a trusted advisor working alongside our clients through periods of technical and organizational transformation
  • Engage and lead multi-disciplinary teams to solve high-impact use cases across diverse industries
  • Own delivery timelines, technical quality, and stakeholder communication across your engagements
  • Support internal initiatives that strengthen Sigma delivery operations and develop best practices across the organization

Who We Are Looking For

  • We are looking for teammates who enjoy problem solving and want to work with some of the world's leading organizations
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to work independently, and proactively lead projects, initiatives, and people
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect business goals to technical execution
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities
  • This role is a hybrid role with the majority focus on leading projects yet requires deep technical expertise to coach team members and directly solution complex use cases
  • Expert in requirement gathering, data visualization, and dashboard design
  • Deep expertise with Sigma in terms of data apps, platform administration, and dashboard development
  • In addition to Sigma, expertise with at least one of the following is preferred: Power BI/Power Platform, Tableau, SQL, or Python
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (plus)
  • Experience working with relational database technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery (plus)
  • 4+ years of BI experience (at least 2 years of Sigma experience)
  • 3+ years overseeing technical delivery of data and analytics consulting projects
  • 2+ years of direct client relationship/account management experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years of consulting with project management experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years program management experience (preferred)

This position is fully remote; however, Atlanta-based applicants will have the opportunity to work in our headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA.
