We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, we want to increase your production! • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Communicate with clients and potential clients
• Schedule showing appointments
• Attend showings
• Provide prompt showing feedback
• Attending home inspections, pre-closing walkthroughs, and closings
• The team lead would handle drafting contracts and handling negotiations to take the sale through the closing

Qualifications:

• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Can spend a large amount of time driving
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• To be a Showing Assistant in Wisconsin, you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. We can assist you in getting that certification.
