Job Description

We’re excited to welcome a Senior Producer to lead high-volume photography and video productions for some of the most exciting names in beauty and luxury. This hybrid role, based in our New York studios, is ideal for someone who loves working in a creative, fast-paced environment and knows how to keep productions running smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the entire production process, from pre-production and shoot production to delivering the final assets and handling financial reconciliation for both photo and video projects.
  • Turn creative briefs into smart, actionable production plans
  • Build competitive estimates and manage and reconcile budgets carefully
  • Oversee timelines, crew, vendors, and daily production details
  • Collaborate closely with other internal teams (creative, AI/CG generation, retouching, post production, finance) to smoothly coordinate project execution and logistics
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships 
  • Stay connected with top talent, including artists and reps
  • Maintain a strong network of freelance talent—especially in NYC and LA
  • Keep projects moving smoothly, troubleshoot issues on the spot, and deliver high-quality results
  • Mentor junior producers and support team members
  • Bring a calm and collaborative spirit
  • Communicate clearly and effectively on every project
  • Travel depending on scope of the productions

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with beauty, skincare, nail care, fine jewelry or other luxury brands
  • Solid knowledge of post-production processes and final asset delivery
  • Comfort with emerging tools and tech—including AI workflows
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday, or similar
  • Understanding the nuance between high-volume ecommerce and high-end campaign production

Requirements

  • 8+ years of production experience
  • Prior experience working in beauty, fine jewelry, luxury
  • Extensive knowledge of tools and tech (Adobe, Monday.com, AI workflows, Google Suite, etc)
  • Excellent communications skills
  • High-touch customer service/client support
  • Strong understanding of creative and technical production workflows (pre-production, shooting, editing, post, file delivery)
  • Experience working with internal creative teams and external vendors (editors, motion designers, directors, freelancers, etc.)
  • Ability to manage feedback loops between creatives, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Calm under pressure; solution-oriented mindset
  • Confident leading meetings, managing client/stakeholder expectations, and advocating for process

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.

This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely. Evening or weekend work may occasionally be required during major projects.
