Kaleidoscope Education Solutions (KES) supports top-notch teaching and therapy professionals.

For our students in the Detroit Metro Area , we are seeking School-Based Social Workers who want to make a profound difference in their lives by empowering them to succeed and achieve their dreams.

SUMMARY:

• Provide direct school social work services to refer students who have social and emotional problems that interfere with learning.
• Provide individual and group therapeutic counseling to students and their families as well as crisis intervention.
• Assist in developing positive behavioral intervention strategies.
• Obtain and coordinate community resources to meet student's specific needs.
• Collaborate and consult with other staff as well as provide training when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid Michigan Social Work License.
• Valid School Social Work Endorsement.
