Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and onboarding top talent to support Freedom Regained's mission. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with managers to align on team requirements and goals.
• Creating strategic sourcing plans to attract the best candidates.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through channels such as social media , LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the onboarding process .
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with team members and stakeholders, ensuring a positive team engagement journey.
