Job Responsibilities:

• Provide live chat support to patients and individuals seeking assistance for addiction treatment at Phoenix House.
• Respond to inquiries, provide information, and offer support in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Assist in guiding individuals towards appropriate services and resources available at Phoenix House.
• Maintain accurate records of chat conversations and follow-up actions taken.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Empathy and understanding towards individuals struggling with addiction.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer skills.

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience in customer service or crisis intervention preferred.
• Understanding of addiction treatment and recovery processes is a plus.
• Experience working in a healthcare or social services setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $25 per hour
• Maximum Salary: $35 per hour
