What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Benefits Consultant, you’ll meet virtually with clients across the country to match them with coverage options that fit their needs—no cold calling, no door knocking. All warm leads. All remote. You’ll build relationships, provide guidance, and help people protect what matters most while earning performance-based income and career growth opportunities.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Connect with clients via Zoom to assess needs and offer customized benefit solutions
Educate individuals on life, accident, and supplemental coverage options
Guide clients through enrollment with professionalism and care
Follow up on warm leads—no prospecting or cold outreach
Track client interactions and maintain organized digital records
Collaborate with your team, share strategies, and hit performance targets
Stay sharp with weekly virtual trainings and leadership coaching
