Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Present yourself in a professional manner • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience About Company: Keller Williams — Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
