Responsibilities: Diagnosing and treating patients via telehealth visits, including triage, video visit appointments, and follow-ups as appropriateUtilize Epic for all documentation and chartingWork within a queue-based system, typically seeing 3-4 patients per hourWork autonomously and collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles and monthly team meetingsDeliver care in alignment with CHRISTUS Health protocols and standardsOpen 365 days a year, rotating scheduleOther duties as assigned Requirements: Active NP or PA license in the state of New Mexico (required)Must reside in New Mexico (required)Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certificationNurse Practitioners: FNP certification with 5+ years in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred (family medicine considered)Physician Assistants: 5+ years of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred (family medicine considered)EPIC experience preferred; training providedStrong communication skills; flexible, personable, and self-motivatedAbility to work weekday and weekend shifts Benefits: Guaranteed base salarySign-on bonusMalpractice coverage with tailCME allowanceStudent loan repayment assistance + loan forgiveness eligibilityFull medical, dental, and vision insuranceTechnology providedRetirement plan with employer match
