Machine Operator

We are a small, collaborative team experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a reliable and motivated Jo to support our daily operations. In this role, you will receive hands-on training to operate specialized nail collating and de-collating equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a dynamic company and become an integral part of our production team.

Benefits & Perks:

• Pay: $19/hr
• Schedule: Training Mon-Wed 7:30-4. Once training is completed, Mon-Fri 7:30-4

What You’ll Do:

• Run the collator
• Run the de-collator
• Communicate with team on health and maintenance of the machine (you will not be doing the maintenance, just keeping the team up to date with any maintenance needed)
• Meeting or exceeding expected daily and/or weekly production numbers
• Labeling, boxing, stacking cases & rotating pallets into the appropriate places
• Maintaining a clean work environment

What you need to be successful:

• Quick learner
• Work at a fast pace while being able to follow directions
• Maintain a good attendance record
• Previous experience in a production / manufacturing environment is helpful
