Low Voltage Installer (Temporary Project)
Location: Alachua, FL
We are currently hiring Low Voltage Installers for a temporary project in Alachua, FL. This role will focus on the installation and validation of paging systems, fiber optic jumper cables, and conduits. Candidates must have experience with low-voltage installations, be comfortable operating lifts, and come equipped with their own tools and PPE.
Responsibilities:
Pulling, terminating, and validating paging wire
Installing and validating paging speakers
Installing Edwards EST4 paging equipment
Pulling and installing fiber optic jumper cables
Installing conduit for system infrastructure
Operating scissor and/or boom lifts for elevated work
Requirements:
Must have own PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, etc.)
Must have own hand tools
Must be able to operate a scissor and/or boom lift
Experience with paging systems and FOC installation preferred
Ability to work independently and follow on-site instructions
Compensation:
$18 - $23 per hour depending on experience
